At KT Counselling, we offer a safe, non-judgemental space that allows you to open up and talk freely. We use a client-centred approach, gently unpacking the past and present while focusing on your future. We have experience with autism, ADHD, and special needs in children, exploring behaviour changes and supporting families in these spaces. Our goal is to empower you to navigate life's challenges with confidence.
Who we love to help
At KT Counselling in Perth, we are experienced in supporting children and adolescents, including neurodiverse students and those in out-of-home care. If you are an adult experiencing anxiety, low mood, trauma, or emotional changes that are impacting your day-to-day life, you don’t have to face this alone. We use a range of evidence-based, practical strategies tailored to your unique needs and goals. Our approach is person-centred, integrative, and compassionate. We incorporate techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Interactive Drawing Therapy to provide comprehensive support.
